Zarb is het nieuwste merk uit de beroemde Champagne Appellation
Contrôlée. Hope is een special edition Zarb champagne.. Bij de Zarb champagne wordt er gebruik gemaakt van de Meunier druif. Hierdoor krijgt de champagne een fruitige smaak. Door een moderne vinificatie op 12 graden ( normaal rond de 16 graden) blijft de champagne zijn frisheid houden. Na drie jaar gelegen te hebben is de fles klaar om gedronken te worden.
